General

Belsped Shipping is a Dubai-based freight forwarder offering ocean freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, land transport across the GCC, courier, customs clearance, project cargo, vehicle shipping, warehousing, local ground cargo, personal-effects shipping and movers & packers services.

We have three locations in Dubai: our head office, our warehouse in Al Qusais Industrial Area 4, and our warehouse in Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), close to Jebel Ali Port. See them on the map on our contact page. Our team serves customers across all seven Emirates.

We cover 32 countries directly and reach more than 1,000 destinations worldwide through our partner network. We are especially strong on routes between the Middle East and the GCC, Central Asia, Africa, Europe and Asia.

Yes. As a neutral forwarder we are not tied to a single carrier, so we compare shipping lines, airlines and transporters to recommend the best balance of cost, transit time and reliability for each shipment.

Quotes & Pricing

Use our quote form, call +971 4 340 4666, message us on WhatsApp or email info@belspedshipping.com. Share the origin and destination, commodity, number of packages, dimensions, weight, Incoterms and cargo-ready date, and we will send a tailored quotation.

Air freight is charged on chargeable weight — the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 6,000). LCL sea freight is charged per cubic metre or per 1,000 kg, whichever is greater, while FCL is priced per container. Try our CBM & volumetric weight calculator.

FCL (Full Container Load) means you book a whole container for your cargo. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your goods share a container with other shippers and you pay only for the space you use. LCL usually suits smaller volumes, while FCL often becomes more economical as volumes grow.

Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP define who pays for each leg of the journey, who handles customs and where risk passes from seller to buyer. Agreeing the right Incoterm avoids unexpected costs, and our team can advise on the best option for your deal.

Customs & Documentation

Typical documents include a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill and a certificate of origin. Some goods also need permits or approvals from the relevant authorities. We review your paperwork before shipping to avoid delays at clearance.

For most goods, the GCC common customs duty is 5% of the CIF value, and 5% import VAT also applies. Some goods are exempt or charged differently, so we confirm the applicable duty for your specific commodity before you ship.

Yes. Dangerous goods are accepted after our specialist verifies classification, packing, labelling and documentation, and they travel in line with the regulations for the chosen mode of transport.

Shipping & Delivery

Transit time depends on the mode and route. Air freight usually takes a few days door to door, while sea freight typically takes several weeks depending on the destination and transhipment. We confirm estimated transit times with every quotation.
